Premium product of Hakutaku. The same type of sake adopted by the Ise Grand Shrine, Japan's most sacred and prestigious shrine. Traditional and classy style.
Brewed using the A-grade Yamadanishiki and Miyamizu, the water regarded as one of the best for sake production, this Junmai Daiginjo is complex and intense with the notes of cereal and hints of white peach and pear. Produced with the Kimoto method, its lactic character is obvious, showing cream-cheese-like aroma with a dry finish. It can be served both chilled and slightly warm.
