Brewed by high-quality Yamada-nishiki, a limited Junmai Daiginjo that is mellow and sweet.
Brewed with the highest grade Yamada Nishiki and the Kurobe River underground spring water, which is one of the top 100 famous waters in Japan, the aroma is as fresh as golden apple and the taste is sweet with the notes of candied fruit and candy. Soft on the palate and deep in flavor, Yamada Nishiki's unique richness and low-temperature aging give it an elegant ginjo aroma. The acidity is harmonious with a moderate finish, clean and dry down the throat, with moderate bitterness and a mature finish.
