Made with 100% Yamanashi Muscat Bailey A, this wine is aged in French oak barrel. Bright and ruby in color, it is fruit-forward with the notes of strawberry, raspberry and jam. Floral with some hints of violet and rose, it is complex, followed by the aromas of vanilla and chocolate. With gentle tannins, pleasant acidity and dry texture, it can go well with meat like roast duck and grilled pork. Gold at Japan Wine Competition 2018.
