Using the grapes from Misawa Farm which are grown without herbicides and synthetic fertililzers, the three kinds of grapes: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and squeezed and brewed by the Saignee Method. Aged in the French wooden barrels, the wine is complex and let you feel the terroir. The pink Rosé is exuding the aromas as cherry, blood orange, cumin and pink pepper, fruity and with slightly sour taste with the note of lemonade and rose tea.
