
Brewed with Awaichiba Yamadanishiki sake rice from local area and the new yeast "LED Dream Yeast", it brings you a feeling for tropical fruits.
The "LED Dream Yeast" used in the brewing is a kind of yeast that mutates by irradiating with various LED lights, and it is a rare species only used in sake breweries in Tokushima Prefecture.
Known as polyacid, this yeast has a very high acidity and a sweet aftertaste, reminiscent of tropical fruits like pineapple. At the same time, the well-balanced aroma is reminiscent of white wine and citrus fruits. The sour yogurt flavor and the light sweet apple flavor evoke the appetite, and the aftertaste is long and fine.
