A Junmai Daiginjo with calm aroma and delicate taste, with a refreshing aftertaste.
The 35% Yamada Nishiki polished by the brewery's own machine, coupled with the effect of long-term low-temperature fermentation, the Junmai Daiginjo has a mild aroma and is as delicate as rape blossoms and pears. With the elegant sweetness of Yamada Nishiki, the mouthfeel is also smooth and slightly dry, with moderate acidity and a clean mouthfeel. It is a good companion with the meal as it would not easily cover the taste of the dishes, allowing you to enjoy a refreshing meal.
