The research and development of the sake started two years ago. It is brewed with Aiyama sake rice, which is also as known as 'phantom sake rice' and the 'diamond of sake rice', with a gorgeous aroma with the notes of peach. When it is served cold, it becomes more refresh, sweet and sour like cherries and green apples. The whole is strong and rich in rice umami, with a refreshing and long aftertaste.
