Traditional sake produced by the oldest sake brewery in Tokyo. Prominent notes of rice. Gold Winner of Fine Sake Awards 2020.
Brewed by using the Kimoto method, this Junmai Ginjo shows the flavors of milk, white rice, cereal and white flower with a smooth texture. The acidity can cleanse the palate so it especially pairs well with oily meat or savory food.
