Brewed from JAS organic rice and polished to 60%, it has passed the organic certification of Japan and Canada COR (equivalent to US USDA) of EU. No fertilizers or pesticides are used, the rice is steamed in an old-fashioned Japanese pot and handcrafted in traditional wooden barrels.
Fruity and gorgeous aromas with the notes of strawberries and bananas, the umami of sake rice is outstanding, the sweetness and dryness are well balanced, while the refreshing acidity and elegant sweetness complement each other. The finish is moderate and the refreshing mouthfeel washes away the greasy feeling of the food, bringing out the umami of the sake and the cuisine.
