Unlike its counterpart in Japan, Kura Master emphasizes the concept of “terroir”. Other than “Junmai”, “Junmai Daiginjo” and “Sparkling sake”, there are awards distinguished by sake rices. All the judges have to be French, all of whom are professionals from restaurants, hotels, sommeliers and also the holders of of the French highest qualification MOF (Meilleur Ouvrier de France). In 2022, there are 1,100 entry sakes, only 121 were awarded with platinum medals and 245 with gold medals. Saketora introduces 3 new platinum award winners, and 1 gold award winner to you. To let you drink wise, buy wise, Saketora is also offering a set of 4 Award winners at a 13% discount! If you want to try the sake recommended by a professional sommelier or try to match sake with Western Food, definitely you should give a try to the awarded sakes in Kura Master!\n\u003c\/div\u003e","products":[],"url":"https:\/\/www.saketora.com\/ja\/collections\/kuramaster-2022.oembed","provider":"Saketora｜Japanese Sake online store","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
