櫻の郷酒造株式会社)」を設立し、井上酒造で培った製造技術を生かし、最新鋭の設備で麦焼酎の製造を開始しました。こだわりの焼酎を目指し、平成9年には甕による長期貯蔵・熟成を開始しました。現在ではおそらく日本でもトップクラスの貯蔵量ではないかと自負しています。\n\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"ttl\"\u003e[location]\u003c\/p\u003e\n当蔵は九州は宮崎の南部、日南市北郷町にあります。元々この蔵はこだわりの焼酎を造る為に創業した蔵で「素焼き大甕」で焼酎を長期貯蔵する事を基本としております。蔵には5000基を超える素焼きの大甕が整然と並び、静かに呼吸をしながら熟成の時を刻んでおります。素焼き甕の気孔と遠赤外線効果とで熟成が進むと考えられております。私どもではこれを「甕の静かなる力」と信じております。\n\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\n\u003cp
