水は、龍頭を形取った樋口から出てくるので通称「龍樋」と呼ばれています。この清らかな泉のように清冽で芳醇な酒造りをめざし、また伝統ある泡盛造りがますます発展し、代々永く受け継がれていくように願い、この泉に因んで銘柄に“瑞泉”と命名したといわれています。\n\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\n\u003cp
