Progress」でおなじみのミッチェルズ・グレンガイル蒸溜所の一つの完成形が、遂にベールを脱ぎます。\u003cbr\u003e\nキルケラン（Kilkerran）はキャンベルタウンに2004年にオープンした「ミッチェルズ・グレンガイル蒸溜所」のシングルモルトウイスキーです。グレンガイルは、1925年に閉鎖されたオリジナルと同じ敷地に立てられており、キャンベルタウンに新しい蒸溜所が建設されたのは実に125年ぶりです。姉妹蒸溜所であるスプリングバンクでフロアモルティングしたライトピート麦芽（約15ppm）を使用し、2回蒸溜でつくられるキルケランの生産量はわずか3万リットルほどで、年に1ヶ月ほどスプリングバンクの職人により蒸溜されています。\u003cbr\u003e\nキルケラン 12年は創業年である2004年ヴィンテージのバーボン樽70％とシェリー樽30％を使用した12年熟成。これまで「Work in Progress（=進行中、未完成品）」という名で2009年から2015年まで、リリースされる毎に進化を遂げてきたキルケランが、遂にひとつの完成形となる12年熟成として登場です。日本へは600本限定入荷となります。香りは海風を伴ったピートに蜜蝋、バニラ、リコリスが徐々に混ざり合い、柔らかで甘いアロマへと変化。時間と共に爽やかなライムやレモンの皮、ホワイトペッパーが顔を覗かせます。口に含むとキャンベルタウンモルトらしい潮気と共にメロン、蜂蜜、トフィー、そしてピートスモークが心地よく混ざり合い、ジンジャーブレッドへと変化して行きます。フィニッシュにコーヒービーンズチョコのほろ苦い甘さが続きます。\u003cbr\u003e\n初めてラベルに熟成年数が表記された記念すべき12年熟成のキルケランが今回満を持して登場です。是非この機会をお見逃しなく。\n\n\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/font\u003e\u003c\/td\u003e\n\n\n\u003c\/tr\u003e\n\u003ctr
