\u003cbr\u003e１６９４年ピエールの娘テレーズが、当時のボルドー議会議長のジャック・ドゥ・ピション・ロングヴィル（元々はベルナール・ピションがロングヴィル男爵の娘と結婚し、家名がピション・ロングヴィルとなっていた。）と結婚する時の婚資としてもたらされ、葡萄畑は「バロン・ド・ロングヴィル」と呼ばれます。\u003cbr\u003e１８５０年に、当時のオーナー、バロン・ジョセフ・ドゥ・ロングヴィルが御逝去され、ジョセフはナポレオン法典による均等相続を行なおうとするも結局、二男死亡、３人の娘は嫁いだり修道女となっていたため、長男ラオール(ラウル)が５分の２の畑(現在のバロン・ラランド)とワイン機材一式を相続します。５分の３の畑(ピション・ラランド)は３人の娘、ソフィ、ラヴォール、マリーが相続し、シャトーは２分割されます。\u003cbr\u003e遡り、１８４０年台に３人娘の一人、マリーはシャトー・ラトゥール(お隣さん)当主ボーモン伯爵の愛人でありラトゥールの畑を一部貰っていました。\u003cbr\u003e１８５５年格付けにおいては、2つのシャトーはともに２級格付けを受けます。　\u003cbr\u003e１８６０年にラオールが亡くなるまでは２つのシャトーは分割されていたものの管理は一緒になされていましたが、１８６４年頃分離しシャトー・ピション・ロングヴィル・バロン(ラオール所有)とシャトー・ピション・ロングヴィル・コンテス・ド・ラランド(愛人マリー所有)となります。\u003cbr\u003eその後一族が所有しますが、１９２５年に酒商のエドワール・ミエルとルイ・ミエルが取得します。\u003cbr\u003e１９７８年にエドワールの娘メイ・エレーヌ・ドゥ・ランクサンが相続し、２００６年シャンパンメーカー、ルイ・ロデレール社長フレディリック・ルゾーに売却されます。\n\n\u003c\/font\u003e\u003c\/td\u003e\n\n\n\u003c\/tr\u003e\n\u003ctr
