The sake brand "Gahoujin" may be a bit new to even sake fans, but when it comes to "Kunizakari", many of you should be familiar with it. The popular brand "Kunizakari" comes from the old brewery Nakano Shuzo, and the brewery hopes to break through itself and take on a new challenge. Therefore, in 2016, on the occasion of its 170th anniversary, a new brand "Gahoujin" was created, and this is the first time to try brewing at a 30% rice polishing rate. The brewery successfully challenged themself and won awards in several sake competitions.

In order to show "evolution", the design uses straight line pattern instead of traditional calligraphy to express "我(myself)".
Strictly select the finest Yamadanishiki sake rice and polish it to 30%, and then use the old-fashioned brewing method to ferment at low temperature. Elegant and gorgeous with the notes of apple, and a white peach-like sweetness strikes on the tip of the tongue, followed by a refreshing and balanced sweet and sour taste, which brings out the umami of sake rice more powerfully.
