Taste of Hong Kong, the city’s largest outdoor gourmet festival of the first half of the year, is taking place from 21st to 24th March. Offering fine-dining dishes from top restaurants and premium alcoholic beverages together with live shows, it is a carnival where no foodies and wine lovers should miss out. This year, Saketora will also take part in the event and hope to bring visitors a new dining experience by showcasing high-quality Japanese sakes.

4 new premium items are officially available on Saketora! Each of them is unique featuring an unusual background – "Shinano-tsuru Junmai Daiginjo", which was aged for 7 years at low temperature with only 100 bottles produced, "Miwatari Junmai Ginjo", which was brewed under the supervision of Louis Robuchon Abe, the son of the world-famous French Chef Louis Robuchen, and "Miwatari Daiginjo", which was innovatively made with the distilled alcohol produced by using Yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo. A long-awaited new item of Kuromatsu Senjo – Sparkling Plum Sake – is also on offer now. Showing lively bubbles with refreshing notes of plum and rice, it is mildly sweet and especially suitable for spring and summer!
During Taste of HK, Saketora (booth no D9) will unveil these 4 items together with some other famous brands. You may choose to purchase by glass or bottle to enjoy them! Please do come and try!
