As one of the largest beverage trade shows in Asia, International Wine and Spirits Fair is returning to Hong Kong from 11/7 to 11/9. With more than a thousand of wineries and breweries showcasing their masterpiece products, the event attracts many international buyers and drink lovers each year. This year, Saketora will also participate, providing all visitors with our exclusive brands and special sakes that are not yet available in the city. Co-exhibiting with Japan Metalware Industrial Association, we will also display the sake containers made in Tsubame-sancho, Niigata Prefecture, which is famous for the traditional metalware craftsmanship.   • "On a night like that..."
    Moon, Junmai Daiginjo

    Brewed using "Sankeinishiki", a local sake rice from Nagano, it shows a soft attack and a full structure in the middle, with the hints of apple and earth. A rare sake only available in designated shops in Japan.

  • Tamajiman,
    Daiginjo

    A complex and fruity Daiginjo made in Tokyo. Pleasant and clean with the notes of strawberry and pear, it is a masterpiece of Ishikawa Brewery.

  • Hakutaka,
    Daiginjo Aged 15

    The latest product of Hakutaka, the only brewery appointed by the Ise Grand Shrine, Japan's most sacred shrine. Unusually aged 15 years, it is gold in hue, sweet and complex with the notes of nuts and caramel.

  • Gaia & Luna

    While Gaia is made by Kimoto method, Luna is by Kijoshu method. Both is luscious with the Sake Meter Value ranging from -20 to -40. Matured in old barrels, they are enticingly complex and elegant.

  • Sawanoi Umeshu

    Sake-based and made by a Tokyo brewery with over 300 years of history, this umeshu is gentle and soft, with mild sweetness and refreshing notes of plum.

  • Takasago
    Sparkling Umeshu

    Fermented using Yamahai sake and pulpy, juicy plums, this umeshu is sweet, rich and pleasantly tart. Together with the bubbles, it is refreshing and appetizing.

Sake Containers Made through Famous Traditional Craftsmanship

During the event, Saketora will showcase the sake containers produced in Tsubame-sancho, Niigata Prefecture, which is famous for traditional metalware craftsmanship. Lots of luxury tableware and the back of iPod were made here too.
