A special Junmai Daiginjo that celebrates the beginning of the New Year with the theme of the traditional Japanese art "Choju-Giga (lit. Animal-person Caricatures)".
The mouthfeel has a fluffy and soft impression, with the umami of rice and the lactic acidity with the notes of cheese and yogurt. Full and thick, while the sweetness is mellow, balanced with the mild sourness. The aftertaste gives slightly bitter impression, giving a firm finish.
The label design is a Choju-Giga, depicting the scene of rabbits and animals brewing sake, interesting and full of New Year's atmosphere.
