Mellow and refined fragrance like banana with smooth texture. A good match with a wide range of dishes.
Aromatic and round, this Junmai-daiginjo was brewed with the local Yamadanishiki of Saga Prefecture and the beautiful natural water from Tenzan mountains. The rice, cultivated by designated farmers, was polished to 45%, so the sake shows intense and rich taste of rice.
