"Sekizen" is the only brand in Nagano Prefecture that adopts floral yeasts for sake brewing. Among the series of "Gokujo", this Junmai Ginjo is the most gentle and easy-drinking, with floral notes, mild acidity and a light body.
Brewed using two floral yeasts, this sake is fresh and elegant with the hints of green apple and a good balance. With its long aftertaste and smooth mouthfeel, it especially pairs well with dishes that have mild flavors such as Japanese cuisine and Cantonese food.
