Brewed with rice and yeast produced in Akita Prefecture, it is a powerful Special Junmai with the umami of rice and a gorgeous aroma.
Brewed with traditional sake rice, Bizen Omachi, and Ginjo yeast, Association #1801, the aroma is gorgeous like melon and dried apricot, and it is full of the umami of Omachi rice. The sourness and honey-like sweetness make the sake become well-balanced and transparent. The aftertaste is long and complex with the note of orange peel. It has a slightly sour and strong at the finish, which makes this special Junmai full of surprises.
