Awarded sake at 2020 Annual Japan Sake Awards. Limited Daiginjo of Fukukomachi. Aromatic and elegant.
Brewed using Yamadanishiki, this Daiginjo is elegant and aromatic with the notes of green apple, passionfruit and apricot. Floral with some hints of white flower and grass, it is fresh and mellow overall. Well-structured with a dry finish, it shows a good balance.
