A limited edition sake that combines the gorgeous aroma of daiginjo with the umami of sake-kasu.
Like the other shiboritate, it is stored directly in the bottle after brewing. Due to the increased content of sake-kasu (spent rice or sake lees), the lees and yeast in the bottle continue to have a chemical interaction, becoming the unique 'origarami sake'. It is fruity aroma with the notes of apples and Japanese pears when served in glass, and a sweet taste like candy or shiratama dango emerges in the mouth. The sake-kasu gives the sake a stronger umami and a long aftertaste, which is a unique taste limited to this season.
