A Junmai Daiginjo aged slowly at low temperature, has an elegant and gorgeous aroma and rich taste, fully reflecting the umami of sake rice.
Brewed with the sake rice "Gohyakumangoku" and Kiso Mitake spring water at low temperature, it is elegant and sweet with the notes of ripe banana and melon. Not much miscellaneous taste and the overall is mellow with a smooth and round mouthfeel. The umami of sake rice is fully expressed and the aftertaste is just right.
