Brewed with water from the famous Oirase River and sake rice from Aomori Prefecture, it has a soft and elegant aroma with a mellow mouthfeel. Two different types of yeast are used during brewing, which creates a gorgeous apple-like aroma. The slight acidity and sweetness from the yeast are well balanced, creating a full and mellow texture of the sake rice.
