Gorgeous and translucent, a Junmai Daiginjo with rich umami of sake rice.
The label is based on the traditional festival 'Enburi' in the southern region of Aomori Prefecture, and is inspired by the 'black hat' costume of the Heian period dancing in the fire. The sake is brewed with Gineboshi sake rice from from Aomori Prefecture and polished to 50%, together with the clear water source of the Oirase River, and the unique yeast developed by Aomori Prefecture is used to make the sake as gorgeous as an apple. Full of the terrior of the 'Northland'.
