Not only the gorgeous fruity aromas, the Junmai Daiginjo also acts like a white wine.
To express sincerity and inheritance, the sake brewer deliberately uses bamboo strainers and wooden barrels handed down from the past to brew. On top of the special sake rice ''Hanaomoi'' from Aomori Prefecture, wine yeast is added as one of the main ingredients, so that the sake presents the unique fruity aroma of Ginjo, and at the same time, it is also full of aroma of white wine. Slightly sweet with a hint of refreshing acidity, and full of the umami of rice reminiscent of rice cakes. The whole sake is gorgeous and complex, so it is named ''Hanaomoi'' (lit. extremely gorgeous). Since it contains the elements of white wine, it is even more delicious when paired with cheese and creamy foods.
