The latest awarded Junmai Daiginjo of Senpuku, a well-known sake brand in Hiroshima Prefecture. Platinum at Kura Master 2020.
Brewed using "Senbon-nishiki", the rare local rice from Hiroshima Prefecture, this Junmai Daiginjo shows the hints of apple and melon. The sweetness is perfectly balanced by the pleasant acidity while it shows the flavors of rice and milk. Complex and robust, it can be served chilled or on the rocks.
