A signiture from Kikusui Brewery. Refreshing with the notes of apple and full of the unique mellow aroma of genshu.
By using the rare sake rice 'Kikusui' as the main ingredient, the taste is refreshing like an apple and mellow like a banana. It has a heavy alcohol feel, which is one of the characteristics of Genshu, and the taste is heavy as chestnut, cinnamon and caramel.
It is suitable as an after-meal sake, paired with chocolate, dried fruits, etc. You can also try adding carbonated water to make it into sparkling sake.
