The fruity aroma is fresh with mild acidity and it is full of the sweetness of Junmai sake.
Collaborated with craftsmen to design the unique Nishijinori packaging for sake bottles. Using Nishijinori instead of the normal paper packaging as the design of the bottle, the traditional sake is combined with traditional weaving techniques without losing a modern sense.
Fermented at low temperature. The sweet fruity aroma is melon-like, coupled with light acidity and the unique sweetness of Junmai sake. Full of umami of rice yet the aftertaste is clean and sharp, which goes well with various foods.
