Awarded sake at 2020 Annual Japan Sake Awards. The most premium Daiginjo of Koshino-Bairi. Complex and Rich.
Brewed using the rare local rice, "Koshi-Tanrei", this Daiginjo is aromatic with the notes of green apple and white peach. Sweet on the attack, it is full-bodied, well-textured and robust. Rich in umami, yet refreshing on the finish, it is complex but well-balanced.
