
A delicate, top-quality daiginjo with a gorgeous aroma and a balanced and ginjo aroma.
It is brewed with Yamada Nishiki and together with 'Ginotome' sake rice from Iwate prefecture. The time between moromi pressing and bottling is extremely short, in order to pasteurize to retain the original flavor of the sake. With gorgeous fruity aromas with the notes of apple and melon, while the umami of Yamada Nishiki is kept in well balance. It is welcomed and being used by top restaurants in New York, it is also certified by the kosher food safety.
