Brewed using “Hyakumangoku-Noshiro”, the local rice from Ishikawa Prefecture, this is the latest sake of Jokigen. Banana-like and soft.
“Hyakumangoku-Noshiro” is the rice in ishikawa Prefecture, which took the local brewers 11 years to create with the first harvest successfully grown in 2019. Brewed using this rare rice, this Junmai Daiginjo is soft and gentle with the notes of apple, banana and rice. Refreshing on the finish, it is especially recommended to those who like dry sake.
