5 bottles set which can teach you more about Japanese sakes! Made from the same raw materials at the same polishing rate, but brewed in different stages of the brewing process. Let you deepen your understanding of sake brewing while enjoying 5 similar yet different taste variations.
・Heat sterilized Dry (火入れ辛口) To maintain the delicious taste for a longer time, it is heat sterilized, and therefore the fermentation is stopped to stabilize the taste of sake. Compared with other varieties, more fermentation time is used, making the sake more crisp and dry.

・Water-added balanced (加水旨口) After fermentation, pressing, filtration, adjustment with water-adding, and heat sterilization - all the processes sake brewing, the sake is clean without miscellaneous taste, very easy to drink. 

・Muroka Genshu (lit. Unfiltered original sake 無濾過原酒) The mash is squeezed with a special machine and then filtered, without adding water to adjust, so the original taste and richness of sake are preserved, a refreshing type sake.

・Shizuku Shibori (lit. drippd sake 雫しぼり) A distillation method in which mash is placed in a bag called a sake bag, suspended and squeezed using gravity. The taste and aroma are gorgeous and deep.

・Nigori Sake (lit. cloudy sake にごり酒) Cloudy sake made by filtering mash through a coarse-grained colander. You can feel the acidity and freshness brought by the fermentation process.
