The 300-year-old sake brewery uses its own technology to add bubbles to their sake and makes it sparkle like a star. The aroma is gorgeous with the note of peach blossom, banana and coconut milk, and the taste is sweet and sour as strawberry and peach. Coupled with the refreshing mouthfeel brought by the bubbles, the aftertaste becomes brisk and sharp. It goes well with appetizer such as tomato, cardamom and pickles, or as an after-dinner sake pair with fruits.
