Brewed with Hidahomare from the Hida region and polished to 40%. With a frutiy fragrance like pear and pomegranate. The fragrance spreads in the mouth with the note of chestnuts. The taste is strong and the aftertaste is long and rich. It was rated as a high-score 90-point by the world-class sommelier Robert Parker.
