Brewed using 40% polished Yamadanishiki, this Daiginjo is floral with the notes of chamomile, chrysanthemum and cherry blossom. Overall, it is crisp and fresh on the finish. IWC's comments: "Delicate and fragrant bouquet. Vibrant and elegant, layered and settled on the palate. Coconut and vanilla flavours."
