This wine is made with the Koshu harvested in Katsuruma City, Yamanashi Prefecture where the elevation is up to 350m. With long sunshine hours, the grapes contain higher sugar level, resulting in a fuller body and firmer structure. Overall, it is fruity and fresh with the notes of mandarin orange, grapefruit, pear, mints and bay leaves and some hints of lily. Rich with pleasant minerality, it is high in acidity and dry. Bronze at Decanter Asia Wine Awards 2014.
