Brewed with Tochigi prefecture's original sake rice "Yumesasara", together with water from Kinugawa river and yeast from Tochigi prefecture, it is a pure local sake full of local terroir.
Returning to the original meaning of "local sake", it is fully brewed with local ingredients, so that people can feel the terroir of Tochigi Prefecture.
The elegant aroma of ginjo is presented in a refreshing mouthfeel, and can be well paired with both Japanese and Western dishes.
