The Junmai Daiginjo genshu sake which is carefully brewed in the snow by polishing Yamada Nishiki rice to 40%.
With moonlight as the theme, expresses the elegance and stunningness of sake, and also hopes that drinkers can have an elegant sake-enjoying time. The mouthfeel is soft and sweet with the notes of melon and pear, and at the same time, it has a strong umami of Yamada Nishiki sake rice. The finish is long and slightly astringent, making the overall more balanced and complete. The aroma is gorgeous when it is served cold, while the umami of rice would be more prominent when served at room temperature.
