The shizuoka yeast brings you a sweet aroma with the notes of banana, while the steamed rice flavor reminiscent of lychee. Smooth mouthfeel like tofu. Slightly sour and enhance the sweetness. The first half is pleasantly sweet and the second half is slightly bitter, interacting witht ehsweet and soure taste and bring a long aftertaste.
