
The most premium series of Rokkasen. Rich, complex and mellow. Best served in a big wine glass.
The sake is brewed using Yukimegami, the local rice of Yamagata Prefecture, which contains high portion of shimpaku so high polishing rate can be achieved. It is fruity and aromatic with the notes of melon, strawberry, green apple and mandarin. Mellow and delicate, it is pleasantly tart and well-balanced, especially going well with seafood and grilled food.
