A mellow, fruity, and full-bodied Junmai Ginjo genshu.
It is full of the typical characteristics of Dewasansan sake rice from Yamagata Prefecture, which is firm and transparent. The smell is sweet, reminiscent of ripe apples, and the finish is clean and citrus-like, so the overall feeling is very refreshing. Although it is a genshu, it is fruity and therefore it is also suitable for sake new comers.
