A Daiginjo with a refreshing ginjo aroma and delicate taste.
Brewed with Iwate Prefecture's 'Ginginga' sake rice and Iwate Prefecture's yeast 'Giovanni's Research', the sake is infused with the soul and terrior of Iwate Prefecture. It exudes the sweetness of ripe Fuji apples and fresh aroma of bear bamboo grass. The sake is full of umami of rice while the mouthfeel is refreshing which is perfectly balanced with the moderate acidity and the light fruity aroma that reaches deep in the throat. It is quickly cooled immediately after bottling and then ageed at low temperature to stabilize the flavor. Serve it in red wine glass and you will be more surprised.
