Brewed by groundwater from Hokkaido's snowy mountain and unique sake rice from Hokkaido, Ginpu, the sake is mild and silky, sweet and sour with the notes of apples. Coupled with the refreshing fragrance of fresh grass, and the sweetness and sourness of plum, the sake is totally different from the traditional sakes. Also, the alcohol concentration is relatively low, so even new comers can easily enjoy it.
