Named after the Ouunkyo (lit.Bridge with Sakura under cloud) located in the Takato Castle Park in Nagano Prefecture, this is a high quality Junmai Daiginjo that aged for 2 years under ice temperature. It is full of the aroma of apples, clover and white flowers, mellow and sweet with the note of sponge cake. With the smooth body and aftertaste as white bean paste, it is suitable for pairing with dim sum and steamed dishes.
