The bottle design is gorgeous and unique, inspired by the rose bouquet, which perfectly combines love and sake. A Junmai Daiginjo with a fresh and refreshing mouthfeel as gorgeous as its appearance.
SOUBI' means 'Roses' in Japanese, and it is also the inspiration for the design of this Junmai Daiginjo. After unboxing the outer handbag-like paper box, what you see is the special sake looks like a bouquet of roses, which is most suitable for your special days with your beloved one.
Brewed by Yamada-nishiki sake rice from Mie Prefecture, yeast MK-1 and MK-3 from Mie Prefecture, and Iga Fushimi water, the sake perfectly present the terroir of Mie. The aroma is gorgeous, while the mouthfeel is clean and refreshing, making it goes well with light and umami cuisines.
