Brewed using 40% polished Yamadanishiki, this Daiginjo is fruity with the notes of tropical fruit and hints of green leaves. Mellow and delicate. IWC's comments: "An outstanding sake with wonderful juiciness and acidity. Aromas of lychee, clementine, lemon grass. Concentrated fruit flavours. Well rounded, with a velvet smooth texture."
