100% Koshu, floral with rich notes of citrus. Made by the winery introduced by a famous TV series of Kimura Takuya.
This wine is made with the Koshu harvested in Mt. Kayagataka, Yamanashi Prefecture, where the elevation is 400 - 700m high. The weather is cool and dry with long sunshine hours, low rainfall and big diurnal temperature differences, so the grape can ripen slowly with the sugar and acidity level retained. Overall, it is crisp and fresh with the notes of green apple, grapefruit, pear, honeysuckle and white pepper. Light-bodied and dry with high acidity, it also shows some hints of petrol and shell. Elegant and pleasant.
