Brewed using 35% polished Yamadanishiki, this Daiginjo is aromatic with rich fruitiness and hints of spices. It is smoothly dry on the finish with excellent balance. IWC's comments: "Lychee, black tea aromas. Ripe melon, pineapple, mango palate with sancho pepper. Clean, refreshing finish."
